Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and unworn.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or sales, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the package to the address provided in our instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same procedure as for returns. After receiving your return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s), which can be used to purchase the new item.
